GlyCardial Diagnostics has been granted with a Retos-Colaboración project
GlyCardial Diagnostics has been granted with a Retos-Colaboración project from the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades that will be carried out in collaboration with the Sant Pau Research Institute.
The aim of the Retos-Colaboración funding is to support cooperation projects between companies and research organizations, in order to promote the development of new technologies, the business application of new ideas and techniques, and to contribute to the creation of new products and services.
The Apo J-Glyc Project in Cardiovascular Ischemia (AGLIC) is leaded by GlyCardial Diagnostics with the participation of the Research Institute of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.
GlyCardial Diagnostics will use this Retos-Colaboración funding to advance in the development of Apo J-Glyc as a biomarker of ischemia speeding-up the translation of this scientific innovation with diagnostic and prognostic potential into a disruptive method that can be used in clinical practice.
This initiative is co-financed by the program Retos Colaboración 2017 from the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (Agencia Estatal de Investigación) through the Grant FEDER (RTC-2017-6710-1) for a total of 951.272,60 €.
